1. Put the milk, cream and sugar in a pan. Heat it till the sugar dissolves. Keep stirring the mixture.
2. Once the mixture has heated add the gelatin and vanilla essence and mix all the ingredients well.
3. Pour out the mixture in glasses or bowls and set them in the refrigerator.
4. Once the panna cotta is set top it with some strawberry compote & mint leaves
