Add oil and butter to a pan and let it get heated well. - Add dried red chilies, garlic & ginger and mix it well
Next, add tomato & onion puree to this. Mix it very well. The mixture should start changing color.
To this add red chili powder, salt, coriander powder and cumin powder and give it a good mix.
Slowly add the vegetables, capsicum and give it a good mix and let it cook for 5 mins.
After 5 mins, add the paneer, kitchen king masala & water. Mix it well.
Cover the pan and let this cook for 10-15 mins. - Serve hot!
