Vegan Minty-Mayonnaise Dip

Procedure:

  • In a blender, add chopped capsicum
  • Add the green chillies and cucumber
  • Add the mint leaves
  • Add 3 spring onions
  • Blend them into a fine paste
  • TIP: You can also add fresh coriander and more green chilli to this dip
  • Now add the vegan mayonnaise
  • Add salt as per taste
  • Blitz it one more time
