Take Rice and dal, rinse with water for a couple of times.
Drain and keep it aside Heat ghee in a pressure cooker.
Add hing, mustard seeds and chopped onion.
Saute it well until it turns translucent Add chopped tomatoes and mix it well
Now add chopped vegetables and saute it for few minutes Then add the powdered spices and mix it well
Add rice and dal rinsed, add water and salt to cook the khichdi
Close the lid and pressure cook the masala khichdi for 3 whistles.
Let it cool Add lemon juice and sugar.
Lastly, garnish it with coriander
