Quickfix Dinner: Vegetable Pulao

Call it a quickfix, make this vegetable pulao using whatever vegetables you have handy.

Quickfix Dinner: Vegetable Pulao

1. Heat 2-3 tbsp oil

2. Once the oil is heated, add 2 bay leaves

3. Add 1 cardamom, 1 clove and 2-3 whole black pepper and add 1 sliced spring onion

4. Now add 1 tbsp ginger, garlic and green chillies coarsely ground

5. Mix well

6. Add 1 carrot finely chopped, 8-10 french beans chopped and 100g green peas

7. Add washed rice to the vegetables

8. Add salt to taste and 2 cups water

9. Mix everything well together

10. Cover with a lid for the rice to cook

11. Garnish with chopped spring onion stalk

12. Vegetable pulao is ready to serve
