For all the vegetarians out there, here is a great rice preparation straight from Assam! Packed with vegetables and nuts, this recipe is high on calories and nutrients. Don't forget to try out this pulao with some sour cream.

INGREDIENTS

    200 gm Basmati Rice Or Any Other Flavoured Rice
    2 Large Onions
    1 Small Cup Of Peas
    1 Small Cup Of French Beans
    1 Small Cup Of Carrots
    Bay Leaves
    Raisins
    Cardamom
    Cloves
    Cashew nuts
    Ginger Chopped
    Garlic Chopped
    Salt To Taste
    Oil

DIRECTIONS

Tips

1. If not stirred properly, the rice might get burnt.
2. After adding warm water to rice, avoid stirring it too much as the rice will break.
