1. Start off by chopping garlic and adding it to the vegetables along with salt, pepper and olive oil.
2. Put this in the oven and roast the vegetables.
3. In a heated pan, add in oil, garlic, roasted vegetables and mix well. Pour in water and let them cook.
4. Blend this well and add in pepper, chili powder, coriander powder and stir well.
5. Garnish and serve hot.
