Preheat oven to 200C. Butter the two baking tins.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, and then add the butter and combine.
Set aside. Whisk the eggs and sugar for a good 5 minutes.
Add the salt and vanilla and beat another 2 minutes.
Then add the chocolate mixture and whisk.
Add the flour and just fold.
Pour the mixture into two 7” tins.
Bake for 17 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve with vanilla ice cream.
