Tired of packing the same old stuff for lunch everyday? We have an interesting suggestion that is super quick and sinfully delicious! This whole wheat and vegetable crepes recipe by Arina is an absolute show stealer!

INGREDIENTS

    1 cup of whole wheat flour
    Water
    1 small onion finely chopped
    2 tbsp yogurt
    Handful of chopped coriander leaves
    1 carrot finely grated
    Little cabbage shredded
    Salt
    1/2 green chilli finely sliced
    A pinch of turmeric
    1 tsp red chilli powder
    2 tbsp rice flour
    Oil

DIRECTIONS

For the batter:
To the whole wheat flour, add rice flour
Add onions
Add green chillies
Add grated carrot
Add shredded cabbage
Add curd/yogurt
Add a pinch of turmeric
Add red chilli powder
Add salt to taste
Mix well
Add water
TIP: The consistency of the batter needs to smooth and slightly thin
On a hot griddle, pour a few drops of oil
Pour 2 ladles of the  batter on the griddle
Spread the batter evenly on the griddle
TIP: The edges start cooking first, keep checking it
Once, one it turns slightly brown, flip it
Ready to serve
