Whip up this healthy yoghurt parfait with seasonal fruits and your favourite jam. Bring it on busy mornings!
1. Mix the powder sugar and honey into the yogurt and mix well and keep aside.
2. Chop all the mixed fruits well and keep aside.
3. Take two glasses and layer the glasses by placing the beaten curd, then the strawberry jam, followed by cut fruits and muesli and corn flex.
4. Repeat the process till the glass is filled. Finally top with cornflakes, muesli and sprinkle walnuts and cranberries.
