- In a bowl of grated zucchini add all the ingredients one after another
- Start by beating the egg into the zucchini
- Add basil leaves
- Add the chopped garlic
- Add the parmesan cheese
- Add the wheat flour
- Add salt
- Add pepper
- Mix all the ingredients together
- The egg and flour are used as binders
- Pinch a portion out of the batter and roll it into a ball
- Flatten the ball to make your fritters
- Heat oil in a pan
- Place the fritters on the pan one by one and fry them well
- Ready to serve
