Belgian Chocolate Pudding

Procedure
- Use a saucepan with water and a stainless steel bowl as double boiler
- Transfer the butter into the double boiler
- Add the belgian chocolate
- Stir well
- Add the cinnamon powder
- Keep stirring
- Once all the ingredients have melted well, keep them aside
- Add water into a saucepan
- Add the sugar
- Stir well
- Add the sugar syrup into the melted chocolate
- Keep stirring while adding the sugar syrup
- Add eggs one by one while stirring the mixture
- Transfer the ready mixture into the ramekins
- Use a deep aluminum/ stainless steel pan
- Fill it with 1 inch of water
- Place the pudding ramekins into the pan
- Bake the pudding at 130degrees for 20 mins
- Serve warm with ice cream
