Bombay Duck Gravy


  • Heat 2 tbsp oil
  • Once the oil heats, add 7-8 crushed garlic
  • Once the garlic cloves turn slightly brown, add the marinated bombil
  • Pour little water
  • Mix well
  • Now add 2-3 kokam
  • Add coriander
  • Cover with a lid and let it cook under the steam for 5-10 mins
  • TIP: Do not over cook the bombil (Bombay Ducks) as they cook easily
  • Ready to serve
