Chocolate Pie

  • TIP: Variations to this pie, for the base use regular biscuit instead of chocolate
  • TIP: Cream: you can use any fruit flavour kiwi, mango, strawberry too!


  • Add melted butter to the biscuit crumbs
  • Mix it well, for the butter to be absorbed and the consistency is gooey
  • For the pie, in a detachable base pie tin (or any small dessert bowl) evenly spread the biscuit and butter mixture in a thin layer
  • Freeze for 5 minutes to set
  • Evenly spread the chocolate cream, covering the base completely
  • Lightly tap to remove air bubbles
  • Garnish with strawberries
  • Let it set in the fridge for 10 minutes
