Gaajar Ka Achar


  • Add green garlic to the bowl of green carrots
  • Add ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • Add ½ tsp mustard seeds (coarsely ground)
  • Add salt as per taste
  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Pour the mixture into a jar
  • Allow the contents to ferment over 36-48 hours
  • Placing the jar in sunlight will help the mixture mature faster
  • TIP: It tastes best fresh, so finish it in 3-4 days
