Home-Made Prawns Pickle

Method
- Heat oil in a shallow pan
- Stir fry 1 bowl marinated prawns till they are semi-cooked
- Tip: The prawns are semi-cooked when they start turning circular
- Heat a deep pan for the masala
- Tip: For 1 bowl masala, use half bowl oil
- Add 1/4 tbsp hing (asafoetida)
- Add 1 bowl pickle masala
- Mix well and let it boil
- Turn off the flame and add semi-cooked prawns
- Add salt to taste. Keep in mind, the pickle masala already has salt
- Put the ingredients on flame
- Watch for just one boil and turn the flame off
- Wait for the prawns to cool and add the juice of 1 lemon
- Mix well
- Ready to serve
