Coriander Cottage Cheese


  • Heat 2 tbsp oil
  • Once hot, add the ground masala
  • Fry the masala
  • Add salt (1 1/2 tsp or to taste)
  • Tip: Fry masala well for the garlic to cook. The masala will come to a slight boil and oil leaves the sides of the pan, when ready.
  • Add paneer and mix well with the masala
  • Add garam masala
  • Tip: For more gravy, add water.
  • Ready to eat!
