Coriander Cottage Cheese
- Heat 2 tbsp oil
- Once hot, add the ground masala
- Fry the masala
- Add salt (1 1/2 tsp or to taste)
- Tip: Fry masala well for the garlic to cook. The masala will come to a slight boil and oil leaves the sides of the pan, when ready.
- Add paneer and mix well with the masala
- Add garam masala
- Tip: For more gravy, add water.
- Ready to eat!
