Tadke Wala Dahi


  • Add the oil into the kadhai/ deep frying pan
  • Add the finely chopped ginger
  • Add the finely chopped garlic
  • Stir well until ginger and garlic turn golden brown
  • Add a few green chillies
  • Add some finely chopped coriander leaves
  • TIP: Cook on a low flame
  • Add the onions
  • Sauté the onions on a high flame until translucent
  • Add the tomatoes
  • Add the red chilli powder
  • Add the haldi powder (turmeric powder)
  • Mix well
  • Cook the tomatoes on a high flame
  • Stir and cook the masla until it’s well blended
  • Add the curd (thick yogurt)
  • Mix well
  • Let the curd come to a boil
  • Add the green chillies and coriander leaves for garnish
