Start your day the right way with an Egg Muffin that’s loaded with the goodness of eggs and vegetables. This delicious recipe is an instant hit for your child’s tiffin. These flavourful muffins taste best with Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup.

INGREDIENTS

    Eggs: 6
    Finely chopped onion (big), bell peppers: 1
    Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
    Grated ginger: 1/2 teaspoon
    Finely chopped capsicum: 1
    Salt & pepper to taste
    Muffin liners: 6

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven at 200°C Take a bowl, add eggs and beat properly Add onion, ginger, capsicum, bell peppers and mix well Add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and salt and pepper and mix well Take a muffin tray and line it up with the liners Pour the mixture from the bowl into the liners till 1/3 filled Place in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
