Kothimbir vadi would taste as delicious whether you called it kothimbir vadi or coriander cakes. But don't you feel like it's your own mother guiding you in the kitchen when Archana Tai takes you through the recipe in Marathi? India is home to at least 22 languages and while we can't cater to all of them (yet), we've made a start, with five new language channels!
Our chefs and experts come from different parts of the country, just like you, and they can't wait to present authentic recipes and cuisines from around the world, in your own language!
