  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add the onionsˆø
  • Cook for a while
  • Add the bell peppers
  • Stir well
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes till the bell peppers soften a bit
  • Make sure that the bell peppers are not overcooked
  • Cook for another 3-4 minutes
  • Add the tomatoes
  • Add the carrots and peas
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes again
  • Add some salt
  • Add some pepper
  • Add some taco seasoning
  • Add some red chilli paste
  • Mix well
  • Add the cooked rice
  • Make sure that the rice grains do not break while cooking
  • Transfer rice to a plate
  • Garnish with jalapenos and cheese
  • Ready to serve
