A quick snack for your guests, this roasted salsa sauce goes best with nacho chips.
1. Preheat the oven and take a microwave proof tray and put tomatoes, garlic, chopped onions, dried red chillies and sprinkle salt.
2. Drizzle some olive oil and put coriander leaves.
3. Keep this tray in the microwave to roast it for 10 minutes.
4. Let it cool down and chop it in a chopper.
5. Put cilantro leaves in it with grinding and serve it with nachos.
