INGREDIENTS

    Raw mango: 2 cups
    Jaggery: 1 cup
    Sugar: 1 cup
    Salt: 1 tablespoon
    Black Salt: 1 teaspoon
    Cumin Powder/Jeera Powder: 1 teaspoon
    Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
    Red Chilli powder: 2 teaspoons
    Garam Masala: 2 teaspoons

DIRECTIONS

Heat a khadai, add grated mango, jaggery and sugar.

Mix it together and cook it for few minutes .

Add salt, black salt, jeera powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala.
