Whole Wheat Zucchini Seed Muffins


  • Sift all the dry ingredients in a bowl- flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder and salt
  • Whisk it so that all the ingredients get mixed
  • In a separate bowl mix all the wet ingredients together
  • Add 2 eggs and beat them
  • Add milk
  • Add oil
  • Add honey
  • Add zucchini
  • Mix thoroughly
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
  • Mix well until all the flour get mixed with the wet ingredients
  • Put the batter in the muffin papers
  • Top with oats and pumpkin seeds
  • Bake the muffins in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes
  • Cool for 10 minutes and muffins are ready to serve
