Seasoned Rice

Method
- Heat 3-4 tbsp oil
- Once the oil is heated, add the pounded garlic, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp asafoetida, 7-8 curry leaves, little coriander, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder and 2 cups of finely chopped onions
- Add salt according to taste
- Mix well, ensure the onions have cooked
- Add the cooked rice to the masala
- Mix everything well together
- Garnish with some coriander
- Ready to serve
