How To Make Sweet Potatoes


  • Heat one tablespoon of ghee
  • Once the ghee has heated add the chopped sweet potatoes
  • Cook the sweet potatoes well in ghee
  • Now add 1 cup of milk
  • After adding milk lower the flame of the gas and add 1/2 cup sugar and mix well
  • Add 1/4th teaspoon of cardamom (elaichi) powder
  • reduce the flame
  • Cover with lid for a few minutes
  • Garnish with chopped almonds
  • Sweet potatoes are ready to serve
