Deviled Eggs

These are great for all your fancy parties. They are easy to make, fuss-free and great in taste. To make them you need to hard boil the eggs. Once that is done, remove the shells and cut them into half. Take out the egg yolks in a bowl and mix them with mayonnaise, mustard, chopped onions, coriander, pepper and salt. Once all this is well incorporated, scoop out little portions of this mix and fill in the hollows of the egg whites. Garnish with a little red chili powder and chopped coriander and serve.

Frittata

This Italian delight is everything a regular omelette aspires to be. To make this, you need to start by beating together a couple of eggs. In a pan, add some oil along with your choice of chopped vegetables, meat, grated cheese and seasonings. Sauté them and add them to the eggs. Pour this in an oven-safe container and bake until the top is slightly brown. Sound delicious, doesn’t it?

Egg Muffins
