1. Heat reduced milk and condensed milk, till mixed well and add cardamom powder.

2. Heat ghee in a pan.

3. Fry the cashew and raisins, remove excess ghee and keep aside.

4. Fry the poha in small batches and keep aside.

5. Add the fried poha to the milk mixture.

6. Garnish with cashew and raisins
