Recipe: A Quick & Delicious Boondi Custard Creme Brulee

Bengali roots, this dessert evolves as an international favorite.

Method:

1. Prepare thick custard by cooking custard powder in milk and

sugar. Keep aside to cool

2. Layer serving bowls or small glasses with boondi and custard.

3. Sprinkle sugar on top. With the help of a blow torch burn the

sugar or ‘Brule’ it.
