A spicy mackerel fish fry marinated in Goan racheado masala

Racheado masala is a rich and spicy condiment that is known for the heat it packs. It is dominant in Goan cuisine and is used to coat fishes, prawns and other seafood. Even paneer and mushrooms are marinated in this masala for vegetarians. In this recipe, we have cut open a mackerel fish, stuffed it with racheado, and shallow fried till crispy and brown.
