Assamese Fish Curry With Bamboo Shoots

A traditional Assamese fish preparation cooked with flavoursome bamboo shoots.

Method:

1. Fry the fish and keep aside.

2. Now fry the onions, ginger and garlic paste, green chillies and the bamboo shoots.

3. Add the fried fish and pour some water.

4. Cook for a while and serve.
