Add in sugar, water and let it melt.
For Balushahi:
Take refined flour, ghee, baking soda, yogurt and knead it like a dough.
In another pan heat the oil for deep frying.
Pour in the prepared balushahi and let it fry until it turns golden brown in color
Dip the balushahi into the sugar syrup.
Garnish it with chopped almonds.
Balushahi is ready to serve.
