Method:
- In a bowl, add butter
- Add hard boiled eggs
- Break and mash the eggs
- TIP: Mix the butter with the eggs to form a smooth paste
- Add salt according to taste
- Add crushed pepper according to requirement
- Once the mixture is ready, apply it on the bread
- Serve as it is or cut into bite size pieces
