Method:
- Take butter, sugar and brown sugar and mix it well.
- Add 1 egg to it and beat it into the mixture.
- Then put some baking powder, salt, dry espresso coffee, milk, refined flour, and chopped almonds together.
- Mix it all well to form a dough.
- In a greased tray roll and place the cookies.
- Bake at 180 degree C in a pre-heated oven for 18-20 mins.
