  • Heat oil in a kadai
  • Add a little bit of salt to the potatoes and mix them well
  • Once the oil is hot, add the potato slices
  • Fry the potatoes till they are golden brown in colour
  • Potatoes would fry quickly when cut into thin slices
  • Once the potatoes are fried crisp, add amchur powder and the green chillies
  • Add the pudina powder
  • Add some coriander powder and jeera powder
  • Add the red chilli powder
  • Add the coriander leaves
  • Mix everything together
  • Ready to serve!
