Chinese Veg Potli

A quirky party appetiser, these little Chinese potlis will be quite a surprise for your guests.

1. In a heated pan, add oil, capsicum, chopped carrot, spring onions, cauliflower, salt, rice, chings schezwan chutney and mix well.

2. Let this cook for a while and take it off the heat.

3. Roll out small portions of dough and flatten them out.

4. Add the filling to the dough and shape it into small bags.

5. Drrp fry and serve hot.
