Kokum Curry, a recipe that can be served as a beverage as well as an accompaniment with rice, is the best way to beat the summer.
Method:
1. Add water to the kokum concentrate. Add salt, coriander leaves and give it a mix.
2. Sprinkle sugar and pour lime juice and mix it.
3. Heat a tempering bowl and add ghee.
4. Put mustard seeds, finely chopped green chillies and asafoetida.
5. Once it gets hot, drop that in the mixture.
6. Mix well and serve.
