Method:

1. Mix soaked and ground dal, onions, garlic, ginger, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt in a mixing bowl.

2. Deep fry the pakoras in hot oil on a medium flame till they turn golden brown.

3. Serve with chutney or ketchup.
