Dessert Recipe: Instant Sevai Kheer Recipe

Method:

- Roast the Vermicelli in ghee to prevent it from getting sticky. Heat it at low temperature around 300 degrees.

- Add 2 tbsp Clarified Butter and after it melts put the Vermicelli in it and fry it until a pink colour shows up.

- Add a bowl full of Milk in the pan with fried Vermicelli along with sugar till it boils.

- Put dry fruits (Almonds, Pista, Raisin) and elaichi powder in the pan, mix and let it boil.

- Ready To Serve.
