#HoliSpecial: Thandai

Holi is incomplete without thandai. Here's the quickest way to make some yummy thandai!

Method:

1. Blend the almonds, cashew nuts, muskmelon seeds, fennel seeds, poppy seeds, peppercorns, cardamoms and water into a nice paste.

2. Strain this mixture in a bowl.

3. Keep adding milk and sugar to the thandai mixture as per the measurements given.

4. Garnish with rose water, saffron milk and rose petals and your thandai is absolutely ready!
