- In a mixing bowl, add the soaked chana dal, grated mango, green chilies, coriander, sugar, and salt. Mix it together

- For tempering, heat some oil. Once the oil is hot add mustard seeds, curry leaves & turmeric powder.

- Add the tempering to the chana dal mixture and mix everything well.

- Ambe Dal is ready to serve! You can enjoy this side dish with chapati, bhakri or just by itself!
