Kabuli Chana Chaat Recipe in Tamil with Aloo

You may have enjoyed lip-smacking kabuli chana chaat on the streets. But did you know that you can make it just as easily at home? Follow Preetha's recipe for a delicious and nutritious evening snack.

In a pan, heat oil and add garlic, black pepper powder, ½ quantity cumin seed powder and chana. Mix well. Add very little water and cover and cook for a minute.

Remove off flame and transfer to a large bowl. Allow to cool (best served chilled).

Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. You may crush a few puris and add them to the chaat.

Just before serving, garnish with coriander and crushed puris and serve.
