Garlic Chutney

We Indians always need a side dish with almost every food we eat and Lasanchi Chutney also known as Garlic Chutney is the most eaten chutney there is. Not only does garlic chutney makes the food tastier but absence of garlic chutney can really make us crave for more.

  • Roast dry coconut, sesame seeds and dry red chillies together
  • Add the roasted ingredients to the mixer
  • Add the garlic cloves
  • Add salt to taste
  • Grind till it turns into a coarse powder
  • TIP: Due to no addition of water, keep mixing in intervals
  • Garlic Chutney is ready
