Maharashtrian Breakfast: Sabudana Khichdi (Tapioca Pearls)

A hearty Maharashtrian breakfast that is popularly eaten as a fasting dish too.

1. Heat some oil and add jeera.

2. Put the green chillies.

3. Mix the soaked tapioca pearls with some crushed peanuts.

4. Add some sugar, salt to this mixture.

5. Put this in the pan and mix well.

6. Serve warm.
