Mayonnaise With Free Range Egg White

Procedure:

  • Pour egg white into a bowl
  • Add the vinegar
  • Add the pepper
  • Add some salt
  • Whisk the ingredients well
  • Add oil to the mixture
  • Tip: Egg white is used because it is lean in protein, low in calorie and contains no fat
  • Keep whisking the ingredients and keep adding oil
  • Continue whisking till the mixture turns thick and creamy
  • Tip: You can add herbs, pepper, mustard or capers for added flavor
  • The Mayonnaise is now ready to be bottled
