Method:
- Take a bowl and add chocolate along with fresh cream and put it in a microwave for 2 min and mix it well.
- In another bowl mix chocolate cookies along with the chocolate mixture.
- In a greased tin sprinkle a layer of crushed pistachios and evenly spread the batter over it and again sprinkle crushed pistachios over it.
- Refrigerate it for 45 mins.
- Ready to serve.
