Quick & Easy Egg Recipe

Eat them for breakfast with toast or for dinner with rotis after a long day at work!

Method:

1. Heat a pan and put butter.

2. Add chilies, tomatoes and fry them well.

3. Once they soften, add the egg. Put some milk, salt and coriander leaves.

4. Cover it for 2 minutes until everything is cooked.

5. Serve with toast or rotis.
