Method:
- Blend the butter and powdered sugar.
- Add the egg yolk and blend again
- Beat white of 1 egg till it is stiff
- Add vanilla essence to it and whisk and then add the pineapples
- now mix them all together
- Layer a flat bottomed vessel with milk soaked biscuits and then with the mixture
- Add pineapple juice and repeat the layers again
- Cover with caramelized nuts
- Refrigerate and serve
