Red Chilli Paste
Cook your seafood Malawani style with this basic red chilli paste.
1. Grind the coriander in batches by adding a little water each time.
2. Grind till you get a paste like consistency and keep adding red chilli powder and water.
3. Put haldi in the paste and grind till the ingredients come together in a smooth paste.
4. Store in an air tight container.
